2tbspblack truffle oil
1cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
2tspchopped chives

Add your truffle oil, you can adjust the amount depending on how strong you like the taste of truffle oil and add more or less. Mix everything together and transfer to a jar or squeeze bottle.
3. Once your tater tots are cooked add them to a bowl and toss with a pinch of salt. Place your tots in your serving dish, next drizzle a generous amount of truffle aioli overtop, season with fresh cracked black pepper then top with a generous serving of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
