This garlic bread recipe is inspired by a restaurant we visited in Houston called North Italia. The food is spectacular, the ambiance is incredible and we couldn’t stop going back. We just wanted to try everything on the menu, this place did not disappoint.
The truffle oil combined with the ricotta is unlike any other garlic bread you’ve ever had. Ever since I made this recipe, this is now how I crave my garlic bread. It’s perfectly toasted, cheesy and has the right amount of crunch crunchy. This combination of garlic, white truffle oil, herbs creamy ricotta and Parmesan is truly addictive. North Italia you absolutely nailed it!
The garlic bread is easy and simple to make. You’ll need a good quality loaf of bread, butter, white truffle oil, olive oil, fresh parsley, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, grana Padano and garlic.
What to serve the herb truffle garlic bread with?
We paired this with our tuscan kale salad or spicy shrimp recipe but this goes great with any italian dish like pasta.
