& thyme brings outs the natural sweetness of carrots and they are
caramelized to perfection.
Roasted
carrots pair well with most proteins, you can serve this side dish with almost
anything. Making roasted carrots will
be one of the easiest side recipes you’ll make because it doesn’t require a ton
of ingredients and the prep plus the cleanup is simple.
Just be
sure to use carrots that are all roughly the same size and shape. This
will make roasting much easier as the carrots will cook more evenly.
Honey
& Thyme Roasted Carrots require a few simple ingredients like olive oil,
honey, and thyme. Pop them in the oven. You’ll have perfectly tender carrots in
less than 30 minutes. Feel free ad your personal touch to this dish, try
adding some rosemary or parsley!

Ingredients
10-12whole carrots
2tbspfresh thyme
2tbspolive oil
1tbsphoney
1tspsea salt
1tspfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil & honey over carrots on the sheet pan. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Toss carrots until evenly coated with oil and seasonings. Arrange carrots on sheet pan.
Toss fresh thyme leaves over carrots.
Roast in oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden and tender.
Garnish the dish with fresh thyme, fresh ground pepper and other fresh herbs if you’d like –Rosemary or Parsley
