The perfect Fall cocktail that will have you grabbing that blanket and sitting by a fire pit!
Apples are everywhere this time of year and if your like us you tend to grab a big jug of apple cider and use it for basting your turkey or making gravy. Sometimes your left with a lot leftover so why not use apple cider in a cocktail?? Since mojitos are such a popular summer cocktail we decided to come up with an autumn version.
This apple cider mojito would be perfect for a harvest party, Thanksgiving gathering, or even for a nice autumn gathering with friends by the bonfire!
The secret ingredient to our autumn mojitos is adding some warm spices to the cocktail by making a Cinnamon Simple Syrup. It’s super easy to make plus any extra simple syrup is perfect for adding to your morning coffee and get those fall delicious fall flavors we all love during this time of the year. It takes virtually no time at all, AND you can store it in the fridge to use whenever the need for a cocktail arises.
This recipe is so simple and easy, feel free to make a big batch in a pitcher and pour over ice at parties. Make sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh apple cider for this cocktail for best results.
Happy Fall Y’all!
Cheers
