Creamy cold brew coffee float topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and caramel sauce, the perfect afternoon pick-me-up on a hot day!
If your craving that after dinner coffee or something sweet, this is the perfect combination to satisfy your cravings or simply to enjoy in the afternoon on a hot summer day for a little pick-me-up!
This version of a float is a little more sophisticated than the classic ice cream float, bringing back all your favorite childhood memories of enjoying floats but with coffee instead! Coffee and ice cream pair so well together and it’s a combination we just cant get enough of. From milkshakes to affogatos and now cold brew floats!
For this recipe we used Starbucks cold brew or even iced coffee as seen in the pictures that’s ready to drink. You can of course brew your own cold brew and let it brew for 24 hours a head of time or go for a ready to drink option that you’ve tried before and enjoy the taste. Not all prepared cold brew tastes the same so we strongly suggest going with a brand you’ve tried. We pour the cold brew in a glass over ice with a splash of cream and then top with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce to finish it off. You can garnish this with coconut flakes, crushed cookies or nuts even.
