About Us

The cocktail that’s good for any occasions. whether it’s after work drinks or an after dinner pick me up it makes a great addition to any household gatherings.

That beautiful crema that sits atop the perfectly mixed cocktail is what sets this cocktail apart from a simple martini. It’s luxurious frothy layer gives the cocktail it’s refined sophisticated look and the espresso also lends the drink and edge in flavor and adds to the texture.

Like all cocktails, the thickness of the crema is only as good as the quality of the ingredients used to make the martini. A good quality alcohol and freshly brewed espresso  are especially important as well as adding all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker followed by the ice. Adding the ice last is the last piece of the puzzle and will ensure the espresso doesn’t turn bitter.

We can’t get enough of these and could drink them at all hours of the day to be honest. It works well on it’s own, as a pre-dinner starter or as a little pick me up after a heavy meal. It also makes a great digestif alternative and will perk you right up from you’re after dinner lull straight into the midnight hour if you’re not careful.

We’ve put our own spin on this and skipped the vodka and went straight to tequila – specifically patron cafe. If you’ve never had it before it’s delicious on it’s own especially when kept chilled in the freezer. It gives it a thick syrupy texture similar to jagermeister.
