Elotes Dogs

Gourmet Hot Dogs loaded with grilled corn, onion, fresh cilantro, chili powder, crumbled feta and drizzled with chipotle aioli for the ultimate elote dogs!

  • Jumbo hot dogs
  • Hot dog buns
  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/2 cup white onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 TBS ground chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • crumbled cotija cheese or feta cheese
  • chipotle aioli
  • limes


  • Preheat the BBQ to 350 degrees F.
  • Lightly spray the grill with cooking spray and cook hot dogs and corn until ready. Grill the corn flipping until nicely charred on all sides. About 15 minutes.
  • Let the corn cool first before removing from cob. Once the corn has cooled a little, use a knife to run along the corn and chop the kernels off. Toss the corn kernels together with the chopped onion and cilantro. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
  • To serve: top each hot dog with the grilled corn mix, followed by the crumbled cheese and finish with a generous drizzle of chipotle aioli. Serve with lime wedge. Enjoy!
