- 1 pint chocolate ice cream rocky road, triple chocolate..
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 3 2- bite brownies
- For the chocolate sauce
- 1/3 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream or whole milk add more if needed
- For the toppings
- whipped cream
- raspberries
- 2- bite brownies
1. Start by making the chocolate sauce: melt the chocolate and cream until smooth in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
2. Dip the rim of the glass into the chocolate to create drips around the glass. (optional: crumble brownies onto the rim of the glass by firmly pressing onto the glass) Place glass in fridge until ready to serve.
3. To make the milkshake: Combine chocolate ice cream, milk, and brownies in a blender. Blend until smooth 1-2 minutes and pour into prepared glass filling to the rim.
4. Decorate with whipped cream, fresh berries, and brownies.
