Orange Aperol Crush
A classic aperol spritz with a twist. Served over crushed ice with a splash of lemon and shaved orange ice to finish it off.
Ingredients
- 2 oz aperol
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz sparkling wine or champagne
- orange juice
- crushed ice
Instructions
- pour orange juice into ice cube tray and freeze for 20 minutes or until firm. Remove from the tray, transfer into ziplock bag and crush with a mallet until it resembles crushed ice. Set aside. or return to freezer until ready to use.
- In a glass, pour 2 oz of Aperol, followed by 1 oz of lemon juice. Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour sparkling wine or champagne overtop.
- Garnish with crushed shaved orange juice ice. and enjoy!
