1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. In a large pot, boil water and combine baking soda
3. Dust your counter with flour and unroll the pizza crust onto the counter
4. Using a pizza cutter cut the dough into strips
5. Take 1 strip and wrap it around the hot dog in a spiraling motion, leaving room at the ends. Continue with each hot dog and place on a tray
6. Cook each pretzel dog in the baking soda water bath for 30 seconds each. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a line baking sheet.
7. Whisk your egg and brush each pretzel dog with egg wash. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or topping of choice.
8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until they are deep golden brown.
9. While the dogs are baking make the beer cheese dip
10. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux. Add garlic powder and paprika. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until it turns orange. Whisk in milk and continue to stir until smooth. Add the mustard and slowly pour in your beer. Heat until mixture starts to thicken about 2 minutes. Add grated cheese and whisk until cheese has fully melted. Serve with warm pretzel dogs.
