1. First mix all the spices together in a bowl for your chai mix
2. Add quick oats and coconut milk to a stove pot and cook over medium heat. Pour half the brewed espresso into the pot and continue to stir the oats making sure they don’t stick to the bottom of the pot and burn. Next add your chai mix spices, maple syrup and protein powder, continue to stir until oats are cooked and the flavors have been started to set in (about 3 minutes)
3. Portion your oats accordingly per serving size into a bowl. Pour the remaining brewed espresso over the mixture (you only need a small amount to help moisten the oats.
4. Top with your favorite breakfast bowl toppings.
