To infuse the vodka:
1. Add a handful of fresh dill to a glass jar, the mustard seeds, peppercorns and jalapeno slices. Pour vodka into glass jar, set in the refrigerator and let infuse for a few days.
To make the Caesars:
1. Rim a glass with old bay seasoning. To do this, put a generous amount of the old bay onto a small plate. Use a lime wedge and rub it along the rim of the glass to wet it. Then turn the rim of glass in the salt mixture to coat it.
2. Fill the glass with ice, pour 1 1/1 oz of jalapeno & dill infused vodka. Add 3-4 splashes of Worcestershire, a dash of hot sauce, a splash of dill pickle juice. Fill the glass with Clamato juice and give it a stir. Be careful not to touch the seasoning salt on the rim of the glass.
3. Garnish with all your favorite toppings! We chose a grilled cheese, a dill pickle, shrimp, an olive and a pinch of old bay!
4. Enjoy!
