Creamy carrot papaya smoothie infused with ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, mango and coconut milk. Nutrient-rich, naturally sweetened smoothie - perfect way to detox after a long weekend of eating delicious Thanksgiving meals!

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 ripe banana previously frozen and sliced
  • 1 mango
  • 3 carrots peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1-2 tsp minced ginger to taste
  • 1 tsp flax seed oil
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 large scoop greek yogurt I used a no sugar added peach greek yogurt which is what I had in the fridge


  • 1. First blend the carrots with the orange juice to create your carrot juice base
  • 2. Next add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, adding more orange juice or coconut milk if it has trouble blending.
  • 3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more banana for creaminess, cinnamon for spice or ginger for zing.
  • 4. Enjoy immediately.
