Gochujang spiced salmon bites with broccoli and green beans

Ingredients
1- 1 1/2 lbssalmon, skin removed
3tbspsoy sauce
1tbsphoney
1tbsp gochujang
1tbspsesame oil
1tspfish sauce
1tbsporange juice
kosher salt and pepper to season
vegetables
1/2poundgreen beans, trimmed
1/2poundbroccoli florets
1tbspsesame oil
2clovesgarlic, minced
honey
1tbspgochujang
1/4cupwater
kosher salt to season
sesame seeds
cilantro
limes
Instructions
Slice and dice the salmon into 1 inch cubes. Combine the remaining marinade ingredients and toss well with the salmon. Season with salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the salmon onto a baking tray or wire rack coated with cooking oil. Cook until golden and the edges are crispy, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the vegetables. To a large hot skillet, add the green beans and broccoli and a splash of water. Cover and let cook for about 4 minutes. Remove the lid and season with salt, sesame oil and minced garlic. Continue to cook. Mix the gochujang with water to loosen up the paste and add to the vegetables along with some honey. Give everything a good stir and cook until tender and lightly browned.
Transfer the vegetables onto serving plates, top with salmon and serve garnished with sesame seeds, cilantro and serve with fresh lime.
