1. Set out a large board or marble slab. Arrange the grapes and fruit on the board, next arrange your meats and cheeses into different segments of the board, place the olives, spreads, beet hummus and crudités in empty spaces. Tuck in the bread, breadsticks and crackers around the meat and cheese. Fill in the gaps with roasted nuts, chocolate, additional accouterment. Optional to add fresh herbs and flowers for a stunning presentation. Add forks and spreaders as needed. Serve and enjoy!
