CARROT PAPAYA DETOX SMOOTHIE
Creamy carrot papaya smoothie infused with ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, mango and coconut milk. Nutrient-rich, naturally sweetened smoothie - perfect way to detox after a long weekend of eating delicious Thanksgiving meals!

- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 papaya
- 1 ripe banana previously frozen and sliced
- 1 mango
- 3 carrots peeled and cubed
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp minced ginger to taste
- 1 tsp flax seed oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 large scoop greek yogurt I used a no sugar added peach greek yogurt which is what I had in the fridge
1. First blend the carrots with the orange juice to create your carrot juice base
2. Next add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, adding more orange juice or coconut milk if it has trouble blending.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more banana for creaminess, cinnamon for spice or ginger for zing.
4. Enjoy immediately.
